Day 2: Nicknames
I had several nicknames growing up. My parents called me Peanut and Hot Rod. My Grandma called me Mouth of the South, because she said that I was really loud (and I was)!
In school, I got called Heidi Ho. I hated it, but with my name, it was bound to happen!
In college, I had one friend who called me Dee. He said that it was repetitive to say Hi Heidi, so he would just say Hi Dee (my name Heidi), LOL!
These days, I am Babe to my husband, Momma to my kids and still Peanut to my mom!
